Every credential below was built around the actual work: compulsive sexual behavior, somatic practice, and sexology from the ground up. Not adapted. Not adjacent. Specifically that.
The affiliations are not background. They are where the real education in trauma, resilience, and the human capacity for change actually happened.

PSB Clinician · Counselor · Educator
Certified Sex Counselor & Educator; Problematic Sexual Behaviors (PSB) Clinician.
The PSB Clinician designation is the specific credential for working with compulsive and problematic sexual behaviors — the clinical foundation for the Overcoming program. The Sexual Health Alliance is one of the most rigorous credentialing bodies in the field and is not affiliated with the addiction model.
Somatic Sexologist
Somatic training that integrates the body into the work.
Rather than treating sexual behavior as purely psychological, somatic practice recognizes that the nervous system, physical sensation, and embodied experience are central to how patterns form and how they change.
BDSM & Kink as Healing
Specialized training in alternative sexual expression and trauma.
Relevant for men whose compulsive behavior or sexual shame involves content or desires they consider outside the mainstream — and have never been able to address honestly with anyone.
Certified Sexologist
Board-level certification in the clinical study of human sexuality.
Physiology, psychology, behavior, and relational dynamics. The credential that underlies the education and body-awareness work in the Unlocked program.
International End-of-Life Doula Association
Death Doula — presence, deep listening, and non-medical care at the end of life.
INELDA's approach emphasizes family support, legacy work, vigil planning, and helping people move through death with greater dignity, clarity, and emotional support — while guiding loved ones through anticipatory grief, difficult conversations, and the practical realities surrounding the end of life.
Section 04 · The Affiliations
The service work is not separate from the clinical practice. It is where the rest of the education happened.
Donor & Volunteer
Supporting survivors of human trafficking and sexual violence. This affiliation grounds the work in the realities of trauma — not as theory, but as lived terrain.
Serving Military Families
For men with a military background, this is not incidental — it's an indication that Fran understands the specific culture, the silence, and the cost of carrying things alone.
Hospice Volunteer
Sitting with people at the end of their lives. There is no faster education in what actually matters — in grief, in regret, in what men wish they had done differently with the time they had.
Prison Volunteer
Teaching incarcerated men the coursework to earn their GED. It's slow, unglamorous work with men who were failed early — by schools, by systems, by adults who gave up on them — and it sharpens something Fran carries into every session: competence restores dignity faster than sympathy does.
